国家药监局发布《化妆品产品标准通则》 明年1月1日起实施_我的网站

一 |     国家药监局日前发布化妆品行业标准《化妆品产品标准通则》，确立了化妆品产品标准编写的分类原则，规定了产品标准内容的总体要求、要素及设置要求，适用于指导化妆品产品行业标准的编写，自2027年1月1日起实施。    The trailer launch for the upcoming romantic comedy Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri was held recently in the city. Homebound, directed by Neeraj Ghaywan, was selected as India’s official entry for the 2026 Oscars. The film, which features Ishaan Khatter, Vishal Jethwa, and Janhvi Kapoor, follows the story of two childhood friends, Shoaib and Chandan, going through social and systemic challenges. Its inclusion in the shortlist of 15 films marks a huge step, as it is now one of the top contenders for the final five nominations.           After the discussion on Homebound, the focus returned to the trailer of Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri. The film marks a reunion for Kartik Aaryan and Ananya Panday, who previously worked together in Pati Patni Aur Woh.            As Homebound enters the final stages of the Oscar race, the fans from India are closely following its progress. The final five nominations for the Best International Feature Film category are scheduled to be announced on January 22, 2026. 二 |          　　国家药监局相关负责人介绍，《通则》要求制定化妆品产品标准必须清晰界定标准覆盖的产品类别，标准起草者可以根据标准的定位和规范目标，从不同维度界定标准适用的产品范围。用于界定类别的文字描述需具有较强的辨识度，可以清晰、准确、显著地区分本类别产品与其他类别产品的边界。在化妆品产品标准的起草过程中，应重点关注产品标准中关键性要素与指标的科学合理设置，同时应避免因产品类别边界模糊而导致的后续标准实施过程中出现混淆的问题。例如：“免洗发用清洁产品”与传统的发用清洁产品在使用方式、产品剂型等方面具有显著区别，使其在技术指标要求上有明显差异，因此，需要明确界定两个产品类别，并单独建立产品标准。         　　(总台央视记者 张芸) 【编辑:王琴】。
